 $17.50 per hour
Requirements of position



Must be fluent in English and Spanish 
Must have 2 years of experience of call center customer service experience over the phone and in-person
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must have clean criminal background
Must be able to pass drug test
 
Responsibilities of position




 
  1. Will be answering phone calls and assisting residents with accounts
  2. Able to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions 
  3. Able to make sound decisions based on facts 
  4. Use logic to solve problems
  5. Competent typing and computer skills
  6. Office skills
  7. Good phone skills
  8. Strong grammar and spelling/ strong reading and writing skills
  9. Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  10. Clear and effective communication
  11. Flexibility
  12. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
$17.50 per hour
