We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bilingual Counter / Driver to join our team in the Davie, Florida area. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, comfortable working directly with customers, and able to assist with local deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the counter with orders, questions, and product inquiries.
- Process customer orders accurately and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare orders for pickup and delivery.
- Make local deliveries safe and on time.
- Load and unload products as needed.
- Verify orders and delivery paperwork for accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe counter and work area.
- Follow all company procedures and safe driving practices.
- Assist with general warehouse and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Previous customer service, counter sales, delivery, warehouse, or similar experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to lift and move products as required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills.
Compensation & Opportunity
$17.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
