| Requirements of position
|
|
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in Air and Ocean Import shipments from origin to final delivery.
- Ensures all customs documentation is accurately prepared and submitted while maintaining compliance with import regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.
- Knowledgeable in bonded procedures, 7512 forms, ISF filings, warehouse entries, and consumption entries
- Works closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely cargo movement. Maintains accurate inventory and shipment records, monitors import-related costs, and provides exceptional customer service by supporting clients and stakeholders with shipment updates and import inquiries.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
- Experienced in coordinating air and ocean import shipments from origin to final delivery.
- Knowledgeable in bonded procedures, 7512 forms, ISF filings, warehouse entries, and consumption entries
- Skilled in tracking and tracing shipments to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Experienced in processing customer quote requests and shipment documentation.
- Ability to arrange payments to vendors, carriers, airlines, and service providers.
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes and import formalities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills when coordinating with clients, carriers, and brokers.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate shipment records and operational documentation.
- Must be Bilingual Eng/Span
