Job Title: Bi-Lingual Production Worker – 1st & 2nd Shift
Job Location: New Haven, CT
Pay:
- $18.50 per hour
Available Shifts:
1st Shift
- Monday-Friday
- Start time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on production needs
2nd Shift
- Monday-Friday
- Start time between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM
- Work until the end of the production shift (typically between 10:00 PM and Midnight)
We are currently hiring dependable, hardworking Bi-Lingual Production Workers to join a busy food production facility in New Haven, CT. This is a cross-trained production role where employees will learn multiple areas of the operation and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Train and work in multiple production departments
- Meat grinding
- Packing finished products
- Production line work
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience required
- Forklift experience required
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated/cold production environment
- Must wear non-slip, hard-toe work shoes or boots
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required
