Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits:
$17.00–$18.00 per hour
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM start time
8–10 hour shifts (end of production)
Occasional Saturdays based on production needs
Job Description:
We are currently hiring Bilingual Production Packers for a busy food production facility in Elizabethtown, PA. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires working in a refrigerated facility, so candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures throughout their shift.
Job Responsibilities
Pack food products according to quality and production standards
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging
Label, seal, and prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GMP procedures
Meet daily production and attendance expectations
Assist with other production duties as needed
Qualifications
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Comfortable working in a cold, refrigerated production environment
Previous packing, production, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience is preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
Reliable with excellent attendance
Strong work ethic and ability to work well on a team
