| Requirements of position

|
| We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced Inspector/Shippers to join our aviation team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the aviation or aerospace industry and will be responsible for the inspection of incoming and outgoing aircraft parts, preparing shipments, and managing repair orders.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Inspect incoming and outgoing aircraft parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and FAA standards.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, documentation, and condition of parts.
- Process and manage shipping and receiving of aircraft components and materials.
- Accurately maintain records of shipments, inspections, and repair orders in the company system.
- Package and label shipments according to customer requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, sales, and repairs) to ensure timely and correct processing of parts and repair orders.
- Monitor open repair orders and update status as needed.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of aviation parts and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the aviation or aerospace industry, preferably in shipping, receiving, or quality inspection.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards related to parts inspection and shipping.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Experience with repair order tracking and logistics preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory/shipping software a plus.
