Payrate: $16 Shift: 1st – 6am – 2:30pm M-F, OT 5am-3:30pm M-F and maybe Saturday
Requirements of position
Jobsquad is looking for Assembly Technicians to join our client in Holt, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products by installing hardware, handling resins and glass components, and ensuring a high-quality finish. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Strong hand/eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience using power tools and hand tools (required) Auto-body or body shop experience is a plus Willingness to learn and be trained in specific processes Reliability, good attendance, and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities of position
Responsibilities: Install hardware and components into products using both hand and power tools Work with materials such as resins, acetone, hardware, glass, and fixtures Inspect and correct imperfections in finished parts Buff and polish surface finishes to meet quality and customer standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation while working independently Follow safety procedures when handling tools and materials Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met
