| Requirements of position

| We are currently seeking experienced Assembly & Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in South Bend, IN. This position involves assembling products made from expandable materials while maintaining quality and production standards. Prior manufacturing or assembly experience required
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and tape measure required
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs consistently
Ability to stand and perform physical labor for entire shift
Good attendance and reliability are required
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to pass a background check
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for dependable and motivated candidates.

| Responsibilities of position

| Assemble products and components according to specifications
Read and accurately use a tape measure
Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Perform kneeling, standing, bending, and physical assembly work throughout the shift
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily goals
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
