Requirements of position

 Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to join a growing manufacturing team? We're hiring Tank Assemblers in South Bend, IN for 1st and 2nd shift positions at $17/hr. This is a great opportunity to work in a steady environment with room for growth.

·  Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

·  Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools

·  Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

·  Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly

·  Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

·  Dependable with a strong work ethic

·  Willingness to learn and take direction

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities of position

 ·  Assemble tanks and components using hand and power tools

·  Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions

·  Ensure proper fit, alignment, and quality of assembled parts

·  Inspect finished products for accuracy and functionality

·  Maintain a clean and safe work area

·  Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

·  Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines
