$18.40/hr.  Hours: 11pm – 7am
 
Requirements of position



 
  1. Valid Driver’s License
  2. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.
  3. Basic Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with power/hand tools and machinery.
  4. Attention to Detail: Ensuring that work is done accurately and aesthetically.
  5. Safety Awareness: Understanding and following safety protocols for equipment use.
  6.  Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position



  1. Perform routine & repetitive work while maintaining a high standard of quality & quantity
  2. Setup & operate a variety of equipment needed to assemble components to produce finished products
  3. Set up & operate equipment & make simple adjustments to maintain quality specifications
  4. Remove machine burrs from parts using hand deburring tools
  5. Use bench type power & hand tools, ultrasonic welding equipment, simple testing devices & quality gauges
  6. Package finished parts using established manual methods & packaging machines
  7. Complete & maintain applicable documentation
  8. Recognize defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, fault workmanship, etc. with or without the use of visual aids
  9. Notify Quality of any out of spec parts
  10. Complete job duties with standardized work
  11. Train, instruct & assist trainees throughout the training period
  12. Complete all daily 5S duties
  13. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
