3rd: 3pm-11pm $16.50 hr 
Requirements of position         
?·  Education & Experience: 
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. 
  2. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. 
·  Skills & Abilities: 
  1. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. 
  2. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices. 
  3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. 
  4. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. 
·  Physical Requirements: 
  1. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds 
  2. Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive motions. 
·  Personal Attributes: 
  1. Strong work ethic and reliability. 
  2. Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. 
  3. Willingness to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues. 
·  Safety & Compliance: 
  1. Adherence to all safety regulations and protocols. 
  2. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. 
     
 Responsibilities of position           
·  Routine & Repetitive Work: 
  1. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform repetitive tasks consistently and efficiently. 
  2. Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in repetitive tasks. 
·  Setup & Operate Equipment: 
  1. Set up machinery and equipment according to operational guidelines. 
  2. Operate various production equipment safely and efficiently. 
  3. Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed. 
·  Utilize Hand Tools, Power Tools & Testing Devices: 
  1. Use hand tools and power tools to complete production tasks and repairs. 
  2. Employ testing devices to inspect and verify the quality of finished parts. 
  3. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment. 
·  Packaging Finished Parts & Maintain Documentation: 
  1. Package finished products according to specifications to ensure safe transportation and storage. 
  2. Complete and maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including quantities produced, defects, and other relevant data. 
·  Complete Daily 5S Duties: 
  1. Implement and maintain the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure a clean and organized workspace. 
  2. Conduct daily checks to ensure compliance with 5S standards.
