Job Overview
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution center operations. This role involves operating material handling equipment (MHE), using RF scanners, and performing a variety of warehouse functions including stocking, receiving, replenishment, and order selection.
Responsibilities
Stocking
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Operate order pickers and reach trucks
Hand stack or place full pallets of product into designated locations
Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements
Replenishment
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Operate order pickers and other MHE as required
Pull product from shelves by hand or move inventory using rolling carts
Replenish picking locations using RF scanning systems
Receiving
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Break down and sort mixed product pallets
Receive and process inventory using RF scanners
Ensure accurate inbound product verification and organization
Order Selection
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pick and stage customer orders using voice picking technology
Place completed orders onto conveyor systems for outbound processing
Maintain accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment
Qualifications
Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (order pickers, reach trucks, rolling carts)
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, stacking, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable attendance and work ethic
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse/distribution center setting
Team-based operation with safety and accuracy as top priorities
Temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled areas depending on department
