Job Title Warehouse Worker – Multiple Departments (1st Shift) Position Location Medina, OH 44256 Pay/hours for position $15.00hr Requirements of position• Previous warehouse experience preferred• Experience operating Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, or other MHE is a plus• Comfortable using RF scanners or voice picking systems• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities of position We are currently hiring reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse operations including stocking, replenishment, receiving, and order selection. Candidates will operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as Order Pickers and Reach Trucks and use RF scanners or voice-picking technology to ensure accurate inventory movement and order fulfillment.This is a fast-paced warehouse environment that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work safely and efficiently. Available PositionsStockingShift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMResponsibilities:Operate Order Pickers and Reach Trucks to move inventory throughout the warehouse
Hand stack products or store full pallets in assigned locations
Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate placement
Maintain organized and safe storage areas
ReplenishmentShift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMResponsibilities:Operate Order Pickers to retrieve products from warehouse shelves
Replenish inventory from full pallets using a rolling cart
Use RF scanners to update inventory and product locations
Ensure products are stocked to support order selection operations
ReceivingShift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMResponsibilities:Break down and separate mixed pallets of incoming products
Inspect shipments for accuracy and damages
Use RF scanners to receive inventory into the warehouse system
Organize and stage products for storage or distribution
Order SelectionShift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMResponsibilities:Pick customer orders using voice-picking software and headset
Place selected products onto conveyor systems for shipping
Ensure accuracy and efficiency while meeting productivity goals
Follow all warehouse safety procedures
RequirementsPrevious warehouse experience preferred
Experience operating Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, or other MHE is a plus
Comfortable using RF scanners or voice picking systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
