| We are looking for a Air Export Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations within our warehouse and supply chain services. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating customer orders, ensuring operational accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement within our logistics operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and system updates.
- Work closely with customers to understand logistics requirements and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Monitor KPIs and report performance metrics, ensuring compliance with customer contracts and internal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (transportation, customer service, IT) to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
- Maintain proper documentation, including shipping documents, customs paperwork, and inventory records.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and report logistics operations and customer inventory.
- Support the development and implementation of operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse and logistics areas

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Experience in contract logistics, 3PL warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, CargoWise).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation is a plus.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
