Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Aerosol Technician to join our manufacturing team in South Florida. This role is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining aerosol filling and packaging equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Operate aerosol filling, crimping, gassing, labeling, and packaging equipment
- Set up production lines and perform equipment changeovers
- Monitor product quality, filling weights, and production performance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs
- Complete production documentation and quality checks
- Follow GMP, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Aerosol filling equipment experience strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of GMP and safety regulations
- Forklift certification is a plus
