| Qualifications:

| Responsibilities of position
|
|||||
| Visual inspection of bottles at least 3 times per shift.
Corrective action as needed and filling out appropriate forms
Dimensional testing of bottles including weight, height and width, overflow, wall thickness, etc and comparing against bottle specs
Packaging inspection
Perform random weight verification of boxes at least 3 times per shift and filling out appropriate forms
Separate non-conforming bottles from the line and mark as such
Use SAP to log inspection restuls
Check and verify incoming materials
Follow GMP guidelines
Ensure appropriate use of PPE equipment
