| BILINGUAL IN SPANISH A MUST
- Leads the department in accomplishing daily goals (making sure machines are running and ready for production).
- Trains and directs employees on how to run the equipment; gives direction to employees and changes over personnel.
- Troubleshoots machine for personnel.
- Attends meetings, prepares scheduling for production team.
- Provides production reporting and ensures safety procedures set forth by the company are being adhered to.
Other duties as assigned.

- Works under minimal supervision.
- Resolves most questions and problems as tasks are frequently non-routine.
- Assists in orienting and training others.

| Knowledge and Skills
|
- Forklift certification required.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Ability to supervise others.
- Ability to read and understand schedules.
- Ability to perform precise measurements and use mechanical equipment.

| Experience
|
- Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
- 1 plus year in a Leadership Role.

| Education
|
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
|
