Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- 3+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or supply chain operations strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and MS Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve performance and quality goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of e-commerce and wholesale customer orders.
- Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse in compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor and report on productivity, order accuracy, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to support business objectives.
- Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, and safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners) when necessary.
- Handle employee scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.
