Job Location: Warsaw, IN
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: Train on 1st shift 7am-3:30pm then going to 2nd shift.
$18.25hr for training on 1st shift
$19.25hr when placed on 2nd shift
Job Description:
The Generalist is a cross-trained role responsible for multiple production tasks in the manufacturing of Industrial Ventilation Ducting (IVD) and related products.
Individuals in this role will be trained across various functions, including heat sealing, sewing, cuff making, finishing, and packaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks within the production process.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to product quality.
• Capable of lifting materials and working in a physically active environment.
• Experience with industrial sewing, heat sealing, or shipping is a plus (training provided).
• Team player with a willingness to be cross-trained and adaptable to different tasks.
