Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: 6am-2:30pm $18.25 p/hr
Job Description:
This position also requires an individual to be able to stand, kneel, bend, twist, reach, and flex for 8 or more hours per day as required to successfully complete the required work
Standing for extended periods and manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
This role combines leadership, quality control, equipment troubleshooting, and team coordination to ensure the consistent output of high-quality laminated mining and industrial fabrics
Lead is responsible for supervising and actively participating in the daily operations of lamination production
