Requirements of position
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Previous experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities of position
• Use knives, scissors, or other deboning
• Cut, trim, and debone meat
• Ability to stand for considerable hours doing repetitive work
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to work in a cold and wet environment
• Ability to work around offensive odors
• Ability to work 12-hr shifts
• Ability to work in hot/cold and wet environments
• Temperature Ranges from 30-100 degrees Fahrenheit
