Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse role; leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in food distribution.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Forklift certification.
- Speak English, Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Supervise and support warehouse team members in daily operations.
- Ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of food products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and perform regular stock checks.
- Enforce proper handling, storage, and rotation of perishable items (FIFO).
- Train new employees and monitor team performance.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and company procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and reporting as needed.
- Promote a safe and clean work environment.
