Responsibilities of position




We are seeking a full-time customer service representative to answer parts sales calls, take and process orders in our Parts Department.  Some knowledge of Diesel Engines and Mechanical Components preferred, and you will be trained as well.
Requirements:
  1. Great Communication skills with a strong customer service mentality
  2. Basic Computer Skills
  3. Math skills and be able to read and write
  4. Must be self-motivated and professional
  5. Comprehend Urgency to respond to customers and process orders
  6. Able to work in a Team oriented environment
  7. Must be reliable and punctual
  8. Bilingual English and Spanish is a Plus
 
Pay Rate: 18/HR
Location: Pompano Beach
