Hours: 7:30am-5pm, Monday through Thursday (25 hours per week)
Program Dates: June 9th through July 31st, 2025

| Skills and Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Demonstrated ability to work well with youth
- Professional communication skills
- Experience with MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Must be available to work a set schedule of 25 hours per week
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
- High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support and assist with the supervision of children enrolled in the Youth Program.
- Assist with the supervision of children (2nd-12th grade) during before/after care and lunch portion of the program. Assist in the classroom and accompany instructors on outdoor activities as needed. Escort children to and from the classroom between activities. Monitor the hallways and assist children as needed.
- Assist with registration, data entry, recordkeeping, and filing for the Youth Program. Maintain the supply inventory and assist with creating supply lists and ordering materials. Package instructional materials and deliver to classrooms. Assist instructors with copying or delivering supplies to the classrooms as needed.
- Provide facilities-related support such as cleaning classrooms, whiteboards and commons area, setting up classroom furniture according to instructor specifications, delivering and setting up portable computer units in classrooms, troubleshooting and reporting technology issues.
