$75,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience.

Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a formulation and/or R&D role within an FDA-regulated industry (nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, research, personal care, etc.).
|
|
Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Supervise and assist production staff; ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate and develop new products.
- Support in-house Soft Chews Human processes and help scale production methods.
- Maintain and implement GMP compliance through SOPs, documentation, and daily oversight.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and assist with daily pickups if needed.
- Handle operational tasks such as label printing, batch number updates, and preparing shipments.
- Contribute to broader company initiatives as needed.
