| The JobSquad Staffing Solutions is currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our team for immediate openings in Assembly and RF Machine
Operation on 2nd shift in a growing manufacturing facility in South Bend, IN. Requirements for Assemblers:
- Prior manufacturing or industrial experience required.
- Physically able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Must have a clean background and a steady work history.
Requirements for RF Machine Operators:
- Prior machine operating experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Must have a clean background and a steady work history.

Responsibilities of position

| Assembler – Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs on a regular basis.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
RF Machine Operator – Key Responsibilities:
- Operate RF machines according to safety and production standards.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machine settings for optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate as needed.
- Complete production reports and maintain documentation.
