| We are currently seeking skilled Industrial Sewers to join our production team in South Bend, IN. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship.
· Prior experience operating an industrial sewing machine (required)
· Ability to read and follow patterns, measurements, and instructions
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
· Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
· Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

| · Operate industrial sewing machines to produce or repair fabric-based products
· Follow sewing patterns, blueprints, or work instructions with precision
· Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
· Perform basic machine maintenance and threading as needed

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
· Adhere to safety standards and company policies
