| Requirements of position

|||||
Conducting in-depth legal research, analyzing legal precedents, and providing research summaries to attorneys.
Preparing various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
Organizing and managing case files, maintaining up-to-date records, and ensuring efficient case progression.
Assisting with discovery processes, including document production, witness preparation, and managing e-discovery.
Assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, managing witness schedules, and attending trial proceedings.
Communicating with clients on behalf of the attorney, providing updates on case progress, and answering client inquiries.
May supervise junior paralegals, provide guidance and training, and mentor them on best practices.
Assisting with budgeting and invoice review.
Ensuring legal documents and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Utilizing various legal technology tools, including e-discovery software and litigation support platforms
