Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish
1-2 years of experience working within a sales/ technical support environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn about the industry.

Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate quotations to potential customers and prospects based on their requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure competitive and compelling proposals.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
Schedule and coordinate technical services, ensuring efficient deployment of our technical team.
Liaise with clients to book in technical services and provide necessary information.
Handle service support tickets, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the technical team to resolve issues and provide timely updates to clients.
