Position Overview: The Rebar Detailer / Project Manager is responsible for producing accurate reinforcing steel placement drawings and material lists based on engineer plans and specifications. This role is key in ensuring drawings meet industry standards, enabling efficient fabrication and field placement. You will also oversee project coordination, customer communication, and contribute to solving field or detailing challenges. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed rebar placement drawings for various concrete structures Generate accurate material lists (bar lists) for shop fabrication Collaborate with customers and scheduling teams for delivery coordination Address and document any changes in project scope Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned jobs Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients Maintain an organized, clean work area Resolve detailing, fabrication, and field-related issues through collaboration Support site visits, customer meetings, and phone-based project support Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Detailing Manager Required Skills & Experience: Experience in rebar detailing and familiarity with industry standards Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite Prior experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract drawings Strong mathematical and organizational skills Excellent multitasking and communication skills Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed Positive team attitude with a customer-first mindset Associate’s degree or higher (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer: Direct Hire position with competitive pay Family medical insurance and benefits A stable company environment with career growth potential A team-focused culture that values performance and hard work Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
