| Requirements:
The Job Squad is seeking a Quality Technician for our client in Holt, MI
Qualifications:
- FARO arm CMM and Polyworks, experience required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as bore gauges, micrometers, and calipers
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards and requirements
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD models
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or discrepancies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- SolidWorks or other CAD software experience is a plus
- HSD or GED
- Pass pre employment screenings such as Drug and background screening

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform dimensional inspections on parts and components
- Use various measurement tools such as bore gauges, micrometers, and calipers to ensure accuracy
- Perform quality inspections according to AS9100 standards and company procedures
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD models to determine inspection requirements
- Generate inspection reports and documentation for quality assurance purposes
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve any quality issues
- Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure accurate measurements
