The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Part-Time Marketing Intern to work at a company located in the Bloomington, IN area!

Requirements of position



 Preferred but not Required:
  1. High School/GED 
  2. Associate’s in marketing/business

Responsibilities of position




  •  Market Research & Analysis:
Interns may conduct research on target markets, competitors, and industry trends to inform marketing campaigns and Job Fairs
  • Content Creation & Management:
Assisting with writing, editing, and creating content for advertisement, email marketing, weekly updates and making packets.
  • Client Management:
Developing and implementing strategies, monitoring engagement, and doing follow ups on Clients’ staffing needs in Different Departments.
  • Event Planning & Support:
Assisting with planning, logistics, and execution of marketing events, both virtual and in-person Job Fairs, Community engagement
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign data to track performance and identify areas for improvement with Management.
  • Administrative Support:
Handling administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing spreadsheets, and assisting with project coordination and tasks as assigned. 
  1. Assisting in Recruiting Strategies and Job Fairs
 
Skills & Abilities:
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas. 
  • Creativity: Ability to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and content. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address challenges related to marketing efforts. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as social media management platforms, email marketing software, and presentation software.
