| Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrable ability and proven track record in strategy-building and implementation.
- Capable of identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Working Conditions

Responsibilities of position

| The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate movement of goods within the facility. This role manages a team of warehouse associates and supports continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational goals.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to ensure performance standards, safety protocols, and productivity targets are met.
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; observing equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; communicating malfunctions within process; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Collaborate with demand planning, distribution, and customer service teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Track KPIs such as order accuracy, and warehouse efficiency; report variances and suggest corrective actions.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for assigned staff.
Salary is $60-$70k
