Location: Boca Raton, FL
1st Shift and one Saturday every Month
 
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Driver to join our pool supply distribution team. This role is a hybrid position, responsible for both warehouse operations (order pulling, inventory handling, shipping/receiving) and local deliveries to customers and job sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a clean driving record, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties (Approximately 50%):
  • Accurately pull and stage orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Receive, check in, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
  • Assist with shipping and packaging as needed.
  • Perform routine inventory counts and restocking.
Driver Duties (Approximately 50%):
  • Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to complete scheduled deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring products are secure and undamaged.
  • Provide excellent customer service at each delivery location.
  • Verify delivery contents and obtain proper signatures/documentation.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus).
  • Previous experience in warehouse and/or delivery roles preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory systems and handheld scanners a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
