The Manufacturing Manager/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations in a cGMP-regulated environment. This role ensures the production of high-quality products that comply with FDA, GMP, and internal quality standards. The Manager/Supervisor leads a team of production operators and technicians, manages scheduling and workflow, and supports continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.

Duties-

•             Manage and supervise production staff to meet daily manufacturing goals in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.

•             Ensure all operations comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, FDA regulations, and company policies.

•             Monitor batch production records (BPRs), logs, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.

•             Collaborate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues affecting production.

•             Oversee training and qualification of personnel in GMP procedures and safety protocols.

•             Lead GMP audits and internal inspections; support regulatory inspections and customer audits.

•             Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

•             Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
