24.00—25.00 HR  per hour – Permanent direct hire
Requirements of position



 Job Status: Direct Hire:  Packaging Operation Techs (Line Mechanic)
Job Description: Line Mechanic- AWS (12 Hour Days/Nights) (Pay Range $24.00     - 25.00 /hr) job in Charlotte, North Carolina,
Permanent direct hire:
Compensation: $24.00---25.00 Based on experience (.50 shift differential for night shift)
Open Shifts:
  1. 2 Openings: 6:00am-6:00pm   (and)         6:00pm –6:00am 
  2. AWS Schedule 3/2/2/3 Working every other weekend
  3. 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, etc.
 
 Notes: ( What the Hiring Manager wants in a candidate )
An Industrial manufacturing technician. Works with various products in a mechanical environment, working with various types of machinery, electrical motors, Conveyor belts, and other equipment.
  1. Operates various types of industrial film manufacturing and processing equipment including:
Extruders, Laminators, Ovens, Deplyers, Slitters, Coaters, Mixers, and Core Slabber.
  1. Utilize PIVs (powered industrial vehicles)
  2. Troubleshoot production problems or malfunctioning instruments, and resolves problem to avoid delays in the manufacturing process.
  3. Analyze, test, and inspect unfinished & finished goods, inspect labeling for deployment.
 
  1. Seeking a hybrid of someone with machine operation experience and maintenance professional Mechanically inclined, Junior Maintenance 
  2. Looking for someone with a good eye for potential issue resolution
  3. Conveyor Belt, packaging machinery, motors
 
 
Must have own vehicle for transportation to work to arrive on time for all shifts.
Must be able to pass Drug Screening test and background check.
