The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Lead Maintenance   to work at a company located in the Bethany, CT   area!

Position Location



 Bethany, CT
 
Pay/hours for position




 $38 to $44 depending on experience
Mid Shift - likely 12:00p-8:30p Mon-Fri (weekend and holiday availability)
Requirements of position



 
  • Associates Degree in related field or Technical Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 8+ Years experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling PMs, good experience with CMMS systems
  • Must have electromechanical troubleshooting capability of our standard technicians (PLCs, 3-phase 480v motors, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, etc)
  • Basic IT Knowledge of IP Addresses and Routers highly desirable.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and electric schemes

The Lead Maintenance Technician provides expertise for equipment installation, start-up and maintenance of plant equipment. This position also manages outside vendor relationships and provides
project management support to maintenance projects. Essential duties consist of: Preventative Maintenance, Equipment Repair, Equipment Troubleshooting, Administrative, and Contractor and Project Management.
 
 
Job Responsibilities: 
 
  • 5 to 8+ Years experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling PMs, good experience with CMMS systems
  • Must have electromechanical troubleshooting capability of our standard technicians (PLCs, 3-phase 480v motors, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, etc)
  • Basic IT Knowledge of IP Addresses and Routers highly desirable.
  1. Able to read and interpret blueprints and electric schemes
  • Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Able to read and interpret directions and order details.
  • Able to communicate both in writing and verbally. Spanish Speaking a plus.
