Requirements:
- MUST HAVE Experience with large automotive mills (larger than 4-12 Meters)
- Knowledge and use of measuring equipment and basic blueprint skills.
- Basic knowledge of small machine operation.
- Basic knowledge of tooling being used.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast pace environment.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Ability to read and write in English and preform mathematical calculations.
- Knowledge of G codes
- Ability to program at controller
- Program with SMIRT (rather than using controller) – A Plus
- Posses own tools (to a degree)
- Possess a High school diploma or GED

- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- CNC Setup & Operation: Set up and operate vertical and/or horizontal milling equipment, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Precision Machining: Work with linear and contour machines to create detailed parts according to layout directions and/or profile and contour programs.
- Quality Production: You’ll be responsible for machining each job to meet customer specifications, ensuring top-notch quality while minimizing waste.
- Efficiency at Its Best: Work within quoted hours, producing high-quality parts on time, and help optimize the production process.
