| Key Responsibilities: Our client in Weston, FL Logistics Data entry with WDS software - Excel Bilingual English- Spanish
- Data Entry & Reporting: Use basic computer software to input data, generate reports, and analyze inventory trends. Assist in the creation of reports for management review.
- Identify and recommend improvements to inventory control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations related to inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Work closely with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and logistics to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any inventory-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics Data entry, inventory management, or warehouse operations, preferably within the aviation industry.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
