The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for Lawn Care Technicians associates in the Kalamazoo, MI area.
Pay Rate
$18.00/hr to start -

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 40+ hours/week
Occasionally, Saturdays may be required
Job duties may include, but not be limited to:
- Provide basic lawn care services; fertilizer, weed control, pest control, aeration, overseeding, etc.
- Provide lawn analysis quotes to potential customers
- Analyze & provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing & potential customers
- Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck & equipment
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
- Perform other related duties & responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department
- Door knocking during off season
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation, solid attendance
- Previous lawn care experience (preferred)
- Ability to pass a DOT medical exam
- A valid driver's license & less than 3 pts on MVR
- Willing to obtain pesticide application license
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work long hours during peak season
- Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization & multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
