- Respond to customer inquiries: Answer customer calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate and helpful information about our lighting products, pricing, availability, and delivery options.
- Process orders: Assist customers in placing orders by accurately entering their information into the order management system. Ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and follow up with customers to confirm order details, including pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.
- Provide sales support: Identify and understand customer needs to suggest appropriate lighting solutions and upsell products. Collaborate with the sales team to provide quotations, product recommendations, and support in closing sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues: Address customer concerns, complaints, and product-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Investigate problems, determine appropriate solutions, and communicate resolutions to customers. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain customer database: Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, including contact information, preferences, and interactions. Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer profiles to support effective communication and personalized service.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and finance departments to coordinate order fulfillment, track shipments, and resolve any billing or delivery issues. Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and product suggestions to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Sales reporting and analysis: Generate sales reports, track sales activities, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth. Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer preferences, market demands, and competitive insights.
- Maintain product knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest lighting industry trends, products, and technologies. Attend training sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops to enhance your knowledge and expertise.
