Aviation company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our fast-paced team and play a key role in driving growth, supporting our global sales efforts, and ensuring exceptional service to our valued clients. This is a Direct Hire position offering a base salary starting at $50k plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package as well.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers in your assigned territory or market segment.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and international sales teams, while collaborating with cross-functional departments such as Operations, Repairs, Asset Management, Purchasing, and Finance to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Lead and support a small team by overseeing day-to-day activities, managing workflow, resolving personnel matters, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes.
- Own the customer journey—ensure all inquiries, sales orders, and expedite requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a proactive mindset.
- Act as a problem-solver and escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions that reinforce trust and satisfaction.
- Keep a close eye on operational costs and continuously seek smarter, more efficient ways of working.
- Provide insights and reports to leadership on customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for new services and products.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and the ever-evolving aviation market by engaging with relevant literature and internal experts.
- Step up and take on new challenges or responsibilities when the business demands it—flexibility and initiative are key.
- Consistently deliver on key targets for customer satisfaction, delivery performance, and team support.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and close deals.

- 3+ years of experience in the commercial aircraft surplus parts trading sector).
