Our client is seeking for well-organized HR Administrator to provide support for the Human resources department, Warehouse/distribution center in Pompano Beach Post job vacancies, coordinate and set up interviews
- Coordinate pre-employment process (background checks and drug testing)
- Enter new hire information in the ADP HRIS database
- Verifies I-9 documentation for new hires, rehires, and existing employees to ensure employment eligibility
- Assist with Onboarding employees and ensure all documentation is completed
- Process employee status changes such as transfers and terminations
- Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries
- Maintain Driver DOT files
- Assists with special projects as needed

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- AA Business Administration Degree (Required)
- A minimum of two years of experience with primary responsibility in Human Resources
- Proficient Microsoft Office, data entry skills, and aptitude to learn new software applications
- Familiar with state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task
- Strong and professional communication skills (written and oral) in English
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to manage and complete multiple responsibilities within established timeframes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all actions and duties
