The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for an Entry Level Accounting Clerk to work at a company located in the Opa-Locka Area area!
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Record and apply customer payments in accounting software.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received on time.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable.
- Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all payment activities and customer interactions.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual - Spanish

Position Details:
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Location: Fully on-site at our Opa-locka office
Language: English required and some Spanish
