Responsibilities of position

- Material Preparation: Prepare encapsulation materials, coatings, and solutions according to established formulas or specifications. This may involve measuring, mixing, and adjusting ingredients to achieve desired properties.
- Machine Setup and Calibration: Set up encapsulation machines and equipment, ensuring they are calibrated to deliver accurate and consistent encapsulation results. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as necessary.
- Encapsulation Process: Operate encapsulation machines to enclose materials or products within protective coatings or shells. Monitor the process to ensure proper encapsulation, coating thickness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Quality Control: Regularly inspect encapsulated products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and address any deviations from the required standards.

- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of each encapsulation run, including materials used, machine settings, process parameters, and any observations made during the process. This information is crucial for quality control and process improvement.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations while operating encapsulation equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and contamination.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to optimize encapsulation processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and address any issues that may arise during the encapsulation process, such as equipment malfunctions, variations in product quality, or deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Training and Documentation: Train new operators on encapsulation processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Contribute to the development and updating of standard operating procedures and training materials.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with supervisors, colleagues, and other relevant personnel about the progress of encapsulation runs, potential challenges, and any quality concerns.
