Your Role
- Greet all customers upon arrival and gather feedback to help improve future service
- Ensure customers retrieve all personal belongings, discreetly inspect vehicles for damage, and report any concerns through the proper channels
- Clearly explain rental charges and issue accurate receipts to support a smooth, customer-first process
- Tag and relocate vehicles in need of maintenance or removal from service
- Adapt to working in all weather conditions and take on additional duties as needed to support the team
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Licensing: Must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Technology: Comfortable using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Schedule & Travel: Able to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts and holiday availability; open to occasional travel (5–10%), which may include air travel
- Professionalism: Willing to wear a uniform; fluency in additional languages is a plus
