Requirements of position




•Ideally, one to five years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the staffing industry. Additional experience in client services or account management is a plus.
•Demonstrate industry knowledge, including a consultative sale approach 
•Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, sales, and marketing skills, as well as demonstrated relationship building and effective presentation skills.
•Proven track record for effective lead generation, objection, negotiation and closing skills.
•Must have strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The ability to navigate sourcing software, CRM, and technology tools effectively is necessary.
•Must be able to pick up new technical and procedural knowledge quickly, apply new learning to become more effective at work, works to continuously improve his/her skills.
•Must possess time management and organizational skills, including the ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks.
•Ensures timely and accurate reporting of all weekly and monthly reports, client paperwork, and required documentation.
•Ability to make competent use of work-related equipment and materials.
•Ability to work effectively within an unstructured environment and display the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in company priorities.
•Ability to operate as a true team player. Must possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a high sense of energy and a relentless drive for success.     Maintains a professional appearance, demeanor and approach to work.
•Ability to prospect in person, travel to client sites within the assigned sales area, as business needs dictate.
 
Essential Functions:
•Promote service capabilities in alignment with strategic growth objectives to build Revenue and GP.
•Develop and close qualified new accounts for the specific markets and their conditions.
•Attend and get actively involved in professional networking, associations, and community events/engagements.
•Prospect through innovative lead generation tools and leverage existing advanced and dedicated social media opportunities.
•Establish and manage a Prospect/Sales territory…top 50/25 prospects and encompassing prospect database.
•Prepare and deliver presentations, including RFIs and RFPs, for prospective clients, including knowledge of company background, functional activities/ needs, and anticipation of questions.
•Understand and utilize Avionte and participate in ongoing training (as provided).
•Assist in the regular/annual preparation of a detailed Market Sales Performance, including projected new client sales, job orders, billable hours, gross profit, expenses, and operating profit.
•Maintain accurate manual and Avionte Bold records and historical data throughout the sales process.
•Seek performance feedback to improve and achieve annual sales goals and drive profitability.
•Execute high level of integrity and trust with both internal and external individuals.
•Manage, cultivate, and grow new business. Manage client orders, validate, and write job descriptions, qualify and submit candidates and manage entire range of the order-to-hire process (as necessary). 
•When new orders are obtained, work closely with Recruitment and Operations Management to develop an immediate staffing plan and to generate recruiting support (as necessary).
•Work to provide the best level of service and satisfaction throughout the account management process.
•Work with internal recruiters with training and communication when needed to assist in the staffing process. 
•Achieve targeted monthly goals and weekly metrics.
•Post positions on appropriate job boards (as necessary). 
•Provide guidance and support on refining job descriptions (as required).
•Ensure data and tracking is all completed within Avionte.
 
 
Responsibilities of position





•Team members must adhere to all JobSquad policies and procedures as well as equipment, data usage and confidentiality/non-compete requirements. 
•Client account servicing, including site visit (when applicable), communication, and follow-up.
•Always operate in professional, collaborative, and transparent manner and document all activity in Avionte Bold.  
•New and inside sales account growth in Annual Revenue, Gross Margin and production expected monthly.
•Continuous networking, identifying, and engaging with new business prospects and reporting activity in Bold.
•Selling and closing on full menu of services, appointments, presentations, and contracts expected monthly.
•Ensure all new client programs meet identified revenue and margin expectations/RVP signed off/approved.
•Meets minimum production activity requirements, including account prospecting, prospect calling, client visits, and new business development in the assigned sales territory. 
•In addition, this position backs up sourcing and recruiting efforts and networking as needed by branch or region.
