Pay Rate: $18-$22hr depending on experience. 
Requirements of position




  1. Administrative Assistant Experience 2-4 years
  2. Computer Literate
 
  1. Bilingual Eng/Span
  2. Reliable, responsible, energetic, quick learner, event planning experience for corporate events.
 
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position





  1. Report to Admin Supervisor
  2. TIDY UP the office 
  3. Turn on Kiosk/TV
  4. Update with date current TSA Login Sheet
  5. Answer Phones, Retrieve Voicemail messages.
  6. The front desk to be always covered. Advise the reefer team closest to you when going out to lunch for coverage on the phones or visitors.
  7. Manage the Miami email inbox, Sort Distribute, Reply.
  8. Receive Guest in office /Register. (follow TSA Guidelines)
  9. Prepare for meetings & clean up after meetings. (set up/break down)
  10. Create and assist with Access cards/Badges for employees & visitors.
  11. Keep inventory of office stationery supplies Including Toners & Shipping Supplies
  12. Report on service issues with Printers and office phones. 
  13. Review and approve invoices for account.
  14. Obtain all receipts for Visa/AMEX Overhead used.
  15. Order and Distribute Business cards.
  16. Report office maintenance issues, Plumber, Electrician, Pest Control, Ect
  17. Approve and process invoices for couriers such as Fed ex, UPS, DHL Ect 
  18. CASS Invoices process promptly.
  19. Clean up breakroom, Empty / load dishwasher and load end of day. Make sure the kitchen appliance / coffee pot is off before you leave.
  20. Check Mailbox for any mails.
  21. HAG Billing to be done weekly. 
  22. Assist with office events such as luncheon / corporate events.
