This is a 3rd shift (overnight position)
Monday-Friday; 11pm-7am
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a mixing/blending role within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Ability to read and interpret batch records, SOPs, and production instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills (weight conversions, batch calculations).
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment such as blenders, mixers, or granulators.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, or other applicable regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or cosmetic product manufacturing.
- Forklift certification or experience with pallet jacks is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (ERP systems, inventory or batch tracking software).

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Mixing/Blending Operator to support our GMP-compliant production operations. This role is responsible for accurately mixing raw materials according to batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials following batch production records.
- Set up, operate, and clean mixing and blending equipment according to SOPs.
- Monitor mixing parameters (e.g., speed, time, temperature) to ensure proper blending.
- Ensure all materials are properly identified, verified, and documented before use.
- Record batch information, observations, and any deviations in logs and batch records.
- Perform line clearance and equipment inspections prior to use.
- Follow all GMP, safety, and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination or cross-contamination.
- Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to resolve issues or deviations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of blending/mixing areas and equipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions or material inconsistencies to supervisors promptly.
