Job Description:
Answer inbound requests via phone, e-mail, chat, and text.
Provide accurate information regarding pricing and availability, order tracking information, and product solutions.
Enter orders received via email, EDI, phone, or other communication channels.
Help customers navigate the website by providing general web support.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell.
Enter customer feedback tickets into SAP.
Process incoming requests for returns and provide repair estimates.
Respond to customer non-technical problems in a timely fashion.
